• Rates apply within 20 miles of Nantwich, Cheshire, but I'm happy to work on projects further afield! (40p per mile charged outside this radius)
• I kindly ask for payment of Initial Consultation when booking, by cheque or cash, with the remainder payable on completion
• 48 hours notice kindly requested for rescheduling or cancellation, otherwise Initial Consultation fee is forfeited
• Confidentiality is of the utmost importance, and The Filing Fairy will never divulge information to a 3rd party
• All clients will be provided with terms and conditions, together with a disclosure regarding ownership of property, prior to commencement of work.
